Specialist Access Services

Working at Height

Specialist working-at-height access for inspection, cleaning, maintenance and installation on commercial, industrial and high-rise buildings across Malaysia.

Safe Working-at-Height Access Solutions

Vertical Pro provides planned working-at-height access and maintenance for commercial, industrial and high-rise buildings. Our trained team selects suitable rope-access, mobile elevated work platform or other access methods according to the building condition, work scope and site safety requirements.

Each assignment is coordinated to protect occupants, surrounding property and daily operations while technicians complete inspection, cleaning, minor maintenance or installation work in difficult-to-reach areas.

How We Plan and Deliver the Work

Building inspection before bird netting installation
01 Site Assessment & Permit Planning

We assess work height, access points, anchor locations, nearby hazards and building operations before defining the method statement, permits and exclusion zones.

02 Access System Selection

Rope access, mobile elevated work platforms, scaffolding or installed access systems are selected according to building geometry, task duration and equipment requirements.

03 Risk Control & Area Isolation

The team establishes barriers, verifies anchors and fall-protection equipment, monitors weather and controls the area below before elevated work begins.

04 Specialist Work Execution

Trained technicians carry out inspection, cleaning, sealant work, minor maintenance or installation according to the agreed scope and site controls.

05 Quality Inspection & Reporting

A supervisor checks completed areas and records key findings, photographs or outstanding defects so the client receives a clear handover.

06 Maintenance Planning

We recommend practical follow-up actions and maintenance intervals based on the building condition, access constraints and operational priorities.

Access Methods for Different Buildings

No single access system is suitable for every building. We evaluate facade geometry, ground conditions, work duration, equipment load and the effect on occupants before recommending rope access, a mobile elevated work platform, scaffolding, a suspended platform or a combination of methods.

The selected method is documented in the work plan so the client understands how elevated areas will be reached and controlled.

Typical Access Options

Commercial floor cleaning service for managed properties
01 Rope Access

Industrial rope access is suitable for complex facades and difficult elevations where a light site footprint and flexible positioning are important.

02 MEWP or Boom Lift

Mobile elevated work platforms provide a stable working platform where suitable ground access, reach and operating space are available.

03 Scaffolding or Gondola

Scaffolding, suspended platforms or permanent gondola systems may be used for longer-duration tasks or work requiring heavier tools and materials.

Safety, Supervision & Compliance

Working at height requires more than access equipment. Each project includes task-specific risk controls, competent supervision, equipment checks, weather monitoring, communication arrangements and an appropriate rescue plan.

Vertical Pro coordinates these controls with the property or facility management team before work begins and maintains clear site communication until handover.

Project Controls

01 Competent Personnel

Projects are assigned to trained personnel with appropriate working-at-height, equipment and task-specific competencies.

02 Weather & Rescue Planning

Weather limits, communication arrangements and rescue procedures are confirmed before work so the team can respond safely to changing site conditions.

03 Handover Documentation

Completion records, photographs and observations provide property managers with evidence of work completed and priorities for future maintenance.
